We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role in translating complex datasets into actionable insights, helping us grow our e-commerce and retail presence while staying true to our science-first roots. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Dive into large datasets to identify trends in customer behavior, product performance, and e-commerce health.
-   Help build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our marketing and operations teams.
-   Assist in analyzing inventory levels and supply chain data to ensure our sustainable products reach our community efficiently.
-   Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing website traffic and conversion data to enhance the Biossance digital experience.
-   Prepare weekly and monthly insight reports that provide clear, data-driven recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
-   Assist in cleaning and validating data across various platforms

## Requirements

Requirements

-   A student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
-   Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas/pivots) and foundational knowledge of SQL and Python or R for data manipulation.
-   Strong ability to turn raw numbers into a compelling story that supports business decisions.
-   Excellent verbal and written skills; you can explain complex data findings to non-technical team members.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on biotechnology and consumer goods.
-   A genuine interest in sustainability, clean beauty, and using science to create a positive global impact.
