**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its Ear, Nose and Throat services and is seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to join its clinical team.

The role offers an opportunity for an internationally trained ENT specialist to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive ENT care while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of patient-centred care.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, audiologists, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment facilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of adult and paediatric ENT conditions.  
• Manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, head and neck according to clinical expertise and scope of practice.  
• Perform appropriate ENT procedures and surgical interventions, including endoscopic procedures, according to facility privileges.  
• Evaluate patients with hearing, balance, nasal, sinus, voice and swallowing disorders and coordinate appropriate investigations.  
• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care, including follow-up and management of complications.  
• Collaborate with audiology, speech and language therapy, radiology, oncology, paediatrics and other relevant specialties.  
• Provide patient and family counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options and expected outcomes.  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations, infection control requirements and patient safety standards.  
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case discussions.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained ENT Consultants holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:

• American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery  
• UK CCT / FRCS ORL-HNS  
• European Board or National Specialist Certification in Otolaryngology  
• Royal College Certification, Canada  
• Australian FRACS  
• Arab Board  
• MS / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification

Candidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America may be considered, subject to eligibility for UAE medical licensing and the healthcare facility's credentialing requirements.
