## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Editor & Generative Media Designer with 4–5+ years of experience creating high-impact AI-generated visual content, animations, and branded media assets.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are seeking someone deeply experienced in modern AI creative workflows, capable of producing realistic AI videos, facial cloning, lip-synced content, avatars, animations, and cinematic marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals with hands-on expertise in cutting-edge generative AI platforms and creative automation tools.

### Job Responsibilities

-   Create high-quality AI-generated videos, animations, and branded visual assets
-   Produce realistic AI avatars, facial cloning outputs, and lip-synced video content
-   Develop engaging short-form and long-form video creatives for marketing campaigns
-   Utilize AI tools to streamline production workflows from ideation to final rendering
-   Generate cinematic AI visuals, motion graphics, and animated content
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling
-   Optimize creative outputs based on engagement, conversion, and performance metrics
-   Stay updated on emerging AI creative tools, trends, and workflows

## Requirements

-   4–5+ years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, motion graphics, or creative design
-   Proven portfolio showcasing:
-   AI-generated videos
-   Facial cloning
-   Lip-syncing
-   AI avatars
-   Animations
-   AI-enhanced marketing creatives
-   Strong hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as:
-   Higgsfield
-   HeyGen
-   ComfyUI
-   Freepik AI
-   Gemini
-   Runway
-   Kling
-   Midjourney
-   Flux
-   ElevenLabs
-   Similar AI-generation platforms
-   Strong understanding of prompting, workflow optimization, and AI content pipelines
-   Ability to create visually polished, realistic, and engaging AI media content
-   Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, pacing, motion, and storytelling
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
-   Strong attention to detail and high creative standards
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience creating viral or high-performing AI content for social media
-   Familiarity with automation workflows and AI production pipelines
-   Experience with cinematic editing, VFX, or motion design
-   Understanding of branding, direct response creatives, and performance marketing

**Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

-   **Internet Connection:**

-   Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
-   Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
-   Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

-   **Primary Device:**

-   Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
