**Position Overview**

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering capabilities and business features that support the Dealer Websites program. As the program moves into execution, this role partners closely with dealers, business stakeholders, UX, engineering, and product management to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure solutions deliver value to dealers and customers.

This is a highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing role that also includes regular engagement with leadership. The hybrid schedule includes in-office time for workshops, meetings, and working sessions, and team members are welcome to work onsite every day if desired.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Drive delivery of dealer website templates that support dealer-specific content
-   Define and deliver content syndication from the next-generation corporate website to dealer sites
-   Own requirements for dealer authoring capabilities, enabling dealers to manage their own site content
-   Lead requirements for system integrations, including leads, service requests, and an AI-powered assistant
-   Accelerate delivery and dealer adoption while ensuring a scalable, consistent experience across the dealer network
-   Reduce delivery risk and support a successful program rollout

## Requirements

**Education & Experience**

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in this capacity OR
-   7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital product or software development environment with no degree 

**Required Qualifications**

-   Strong understanding of Agile product development practices
-   Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
-   Experience supporting software testing, validation, and release activities
-   Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
