**About the Opportunity**

Ultimate Peaks is expanding its commercial team and is seeking Business Development Consultants to join on a commission-based collaboration model. This role suits professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and drive results with flexibility and autonomy.

**Role Overview**

You will generate and develop business opportunities for Ultimate Peaks’ services.

**Responsibilities:**

• Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and HR leaders

• Identify and qualify potential clients

• Present Ultimate Peaks’ value proposition

• Arrange introductory meetings

• Follow up until opportunities reach a serious stage

• Coordinate with management during deal closure

## Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to independently source and qualify leads

• Professional presence with senior stakeholders

• Results-driven mindset and self-discipline

• Familiarity with consulting, recruitment, HR, or B2B services is a plus

• Existing network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage

**Compensation**

• Commission-based model (no fixed salary)

• Fixed commissions per closed deal

• Commission paid after contract signing and payment collection
