**The opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King’s highly respected Business Development & Marketing Team.

To provide hands-on support for the firm’s bids and proposals process, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions. This role focuses on informal proposals, PQQs, supplier questionnaires, and maintaining bid assets, while assisting with research and coordination to improve efficiency and success rates.

**Key Responsibilities**

General duties include, but are not limited to:

-   **Bid & proposal support**

-   Prepare smaller and/or informal proposals and assist with formal bid/framework submissions.
-   Complete PQQs and supplier questionnaires accurately and on time.
-   Conduct pitch research to support tailored submissions.

-   **Asset & document management**

-   Maintain and update team sheets, CVs, and experience records.
-   Manage pitch logs, trackers, and portals for bid submissions.
-   Organise and maintain bid-related assets (templates, pitch materials).

-   **Sales collateral development**

-   Working closely with the BD team, draft and update leaflet and brochure content.
-   Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.

-   **Coordination & reporting**

-   Support the Bids & Proposals Manager with bid tracking and reporting.

## Requirements

**Essential**

-   Ability to deliver targeted research that strengthens proposals and submissions.
-   Experience in updating and maintaining key documentation, including; bid assets, templates, team sheets, and experience records, as well as managing pitch logs, trackers, and any relevant portals in an efficient manner.
-   Experience drafting and updating marketing material, such as brochures and leaflets, as well as understanding the brand guidelines in producing such materials.

**Desirable**

-   Familiarity with CRM or bid management tools.
-   Previous experience in a professional services environment or law firm.
-   Knowledge of industry-specific frameworks and procurement processes.

-   Strong organisation skills, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and influence decision-making effectively.
-   Adaptable approach in managing workload and supporting others.
-   Ability to work collaboratively and team-first attitude.
