### QA Team Manager

**ClearCourse · Kraków · Permanent**

We're looking for a hands-on QA Team Manager to lead a team of 7–10 test engineers, while spending up to 80% of your time on actual testing and automation. You'll own our QA Centre of Excellence and define how quality works across the entire engineering division.

### The role

-   Lead, hire and develop a team of 7–10 QA engineers
-   Hands-on test design, automation and test management — up to 80% of your time
-   Own our QA Centre of Excellence — standards, practices, test strategy
-   Champion automated testing and emerging QA platforms
-   Work directly with clients and stakeholders across the business

### You'll need

-   2+ years leading or managing a QA or test engineering team
-   5+ years in test automation — Playwright or Selenium essential
-   Strong knowledge of test strategies — regression, integration, black box, unit testing
-   SQL (SQL Server, SQLite) or NoSQL experience
-   SaaS application testing in microservices and client-server architectures
-   Test management process experience
-   Agile environment experience
-   Strong English communication skills

### Bonus

-   Deep Microsoft Playwright expertise
-   Cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux)
-   Payment systems testing experience
