### Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will lead digital initiatives across social media, website management, content creation, and funnel automation. This role is perfect for a driven professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, and who wants to make a real difference in a mission-driven industry.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Social Media Management:** Develop and execute content calendars, manage posts, and monitor engagement across platforms.
-   **Website Management:** Update and optimize website content to improve user experience, accessibility, and SEO performance.
-   **Content Creation:** Write, design, and deliver compelling content (blogs, graphics, newsletters, and videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
-   **Funnel Automation:** Implement and manage marketing automation systems to streamline lead generation and nurture campaigns.
-   **Analytics & Reporting:** Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
-   **Collaboration:** Work closely with leadership and care teams to ensure marketing aligns with organizational priorities.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
-   Hands-on experience with website CMS
-   Familiarity with funnel automation tools
-   Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
-   Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
