## Description

Architecting the future of cloud and AI infrastructure requires more than standard design coordination—it takes a visionary orchestrator who can align global design consultants, Tier-1 clients, and complex technical standards into a unified, buildable reality.  
  
  
As Design Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge across civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, solving high-level technical friction and driving value engineering on a landmark hyperscale build in Bangkok.  
  
  
\- Location: Bangkok, Thailand  
\- Client Context: Tier-1 International Technology Clients  
\- Eligibility: Must be Thai National (International relocation support available for Thais living abroad)  
\- Project Timeline: New project starting Q1 2027 (Start no later than March 1st)

What You Will Do  
\- Lead multidisciplinary design teams from design development through construction.  
\- Coordinate design changes and ensure alignment with international standards.  
\- Manage consultant deliverables, design reviews, and value engineering processes.  
\- Resolve technical design conflicts between civil, structural, and MEP teams.  
  
  
Experience You Need  
\- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management discipline.  
\- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on major builds.  
\- Strong knowledge of international data centre design standards and protocols.  
\- Background working in PMC, client-side, or Tier 1 contractor environments.  
  
  
Nice to Have / Bonus  
\- Prior design experience on mission-critical or semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
