## Description

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to manage and support integrations between Ninja, our brands, and external partners. The role focuses on onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day integration operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage the onboarding and activation of new and existing brands.
-   Set up, configure, test, and maintain integrations.
-   Coordinate with external partners on branch mapping, menu setup, configurations, and activation.
-   Troubleshoot integration, API, menu sync, order flow, and availability issues.
-   Monitor integration-related cancellations and identify recurring issues.
-   Handle and follow up on high-impact and key-brand issues until resolution.
-   Maintain accurate records and share recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Partner Operations, or a similar role.
-   Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
-   Experience troubleshooting technical and integration-related issues.
-   Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
-   Experience in E-commerce, Food Tech, Delivery, SaaS, or a similar industry is a plus.
