\[Job Description\]

\- Sourcing Polymer (PE, PP, PVC) by developing a business plan that covers procurement, revenue, and expense controls.

\- Developing new suppliers, maximizing sourcing volume and enhancing business relationships.

\- Maintaining and reporting sourcing and procurement information in a timely and accurate manner.

\- Understanding suppliers' end markets and procurement strategies.

\- Continuous communication with internal counterparts in other countries to ensure timely and accurate solutions to increase efficiency.

\- Increasing the presence of company in polymer business by attending appropriate industry conferences and company meetings.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited school(preferred)

\- 5 years of domestic sourcing + exporting experience in the polymer industry(must)

\- Proven experience in exporting US locally sourced products to Europe, Latin America and Asia etc.

\- Sourcing experience at chemical distribution companies(preferred)

\- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business trips

\- Ability to create new opportunities and convert sourcing strategies into tangible results

\- Resourcefulness and persistence in prospecting potential clients and suppliers

\- Excellent communication skills
