**The Opportunity**

Are you a student eager to launch your career in production? Do you have a strong interest in social content creation and want hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of agency production?

As a Production Intern, you'll gain foundational learning in production activities, supporting our Producers and the wider team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery of both always-on content and large-scale campaigns. You'll be crucial in helping to ensure all productions meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and remain within budget.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Learn**

-   Assist in general production activities, including planning and post-production editing.
-   Help manage pre-production logistics, such as assisting with sourcing props, booking travel and accommodation.
-   Support the creation of call sheets and coordinate crew and equipment for shoot days.
-   Monitor projects and assist in allocating costs to ensure delivery within the allocated budget.
-   Work closely with creative teams to help identify and source external talent.
-   Assist in the timely delivery of all assets, from initial concepts to final edits.
-   Support the team in proactive planning and quarterly forecasting for upcoming productions.

**What Else Are We Looking For?**

-   Currently enrolled as a student and available full-time for at least 5 months.
-   Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with tight deadlines.
-   Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-   Has a strong interest in social media content production and post-production.
-   Familiar with major social media platforms and their unique content needs.
-   Having a driver’s license is a big plus.
-   Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
-   Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; other languages are a bonus.
-   No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry and a strong learning mindset are key.
