In this Occupational Therapist role, you will help support students in reaching greater independence and functional success through individualized therapeutic care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering closely with educators, families, and care teams to support each student's development and overall well-being.

### Responsibilities

-   Evaluate students and develop occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional abilities and goals.
-   Provide therapy services in accordance with IFSP/IEP plans and agency guidelines.
-   Support development of daily living skills including feeding, dressing, hygiene, fine motor, and sensory skills.
-   Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes and recommendations.
-   Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and case reviews.
-   Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in each student's care.
-   Refer students to additional clinical services when appropriate.
-   Design or adapt assistive devices such as splints or braces when needed.
-   Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and therapy reports.
-   Assist with program development, staff training, and supervision of Occupational Therapy students or assistants when required.

## Requirements

-   Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state certification.
-   Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-   At least 1 year of school-based occupational therapy experience.
-   Experience developing and implementing IFSP or IEP therapy goals for students.
-   Strong documentation skills for progress notes, evaluations, and compliance reporting.
-   Experience supporting students in sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill development.
-   Collaborative experience working with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
