## Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Grafter Technician** to join our client's agricultural team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you have hands-on experience in plant grafting and nursery operations and are passionate about horticulture, we'd love to hear from you!

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform various plant grafting techniques, including budding, cleft grafting, veneer grafting, and whip-and-tongue grafting.
-   Select healthy rootstocks and scions to ensure successful graft unions.
-   Prepare, graft, wrap, and label plants according to nursery standards.
-   Monitor grafted plants for healing, growth, and overall health.
-   Perform pruning, watering, fertilizing, and general plant maintenance.
-   Identify and report pests, diseases, or other plant health concerns.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery and work area.
-   Record grafting activities and monitor graft success rates.
-   Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a **Grafter Technician**, Nursery Technician, or in a similar horticultural role.
-   Knowledge of plant propagation and grafting techniques.
-   Ability to identify healthy plant materials and recognize common plant diseases.
-   Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
-   Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Certificate or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is an advantage.
