## Description

### Role Overview

The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily delivery and logistics operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of dispatching, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting drivers and couriers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and monitor daily dispatching activities to ensure timely deliveries.
-   Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and field staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
-   Track and update order statuses, ensuring accurate and real-time reporting.
-   Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management.
-   Strong knowledge of logistics operations, dispatching, and last-mile delivery processes.
-   Proven track record in managing dispatching and coordinating delivery teams.
-   Proficiency in logistics management systems, order tracking software, and dispatching tools.
