### Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

**Location:** Cambridge, OH  
**Pay:** **$28+/hour**  
**Shift:** **3rd Shift**

We are currently hiring an experienced **Maintenance Technician** to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for competitive pay and steady, long-term employment.

### Responsibilities

-   Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
-   Perform preventative and routine maintenance
-   Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
-   Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
-   Install, adjust, and replace equipment components as needed
-   Maintain accurate maintenance records
-   Follow all safety procedures and company policies

## Requirements

-   Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-   Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
-   Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams
-   Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Ability to work **3rd shift**
