Outside Forklift Operator

**Location:** Tulsa, OK

**Pay:** $18.00 per hour to start

**Schedule:** 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

**Training:** First-shift training, then transition to 2nd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced **Outside Forklift Operator** to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a **16,000 lb. forklift** and be comfortable working outdoors in a production or industrial environment. This position requires someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently. **Consistent attendance is essential.**

Responsibilities

-   Safely operate an outside forklift with a capacity of approximately 16,000 lbs.
-   Load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard or facility.
-   Read and accurately use a tape measure.
-   Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
-   Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
-   Maintain an organized and safe work area.
-   Assist with other material-handling duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   **Previous experience operating a 16,000 lb. forklift required.**
-   Ability to read and use a tape measure.
-   Previous outdoor forklift or industrial experience preferred.
-   Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-   Strong attention to safety and detail.
-   **Must have excellent attendance and show up to work every day.**
-   Must be willing to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift.

Attendance Requirement

Reliable attendance is a critical requirement for this position. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled every day. **Consistent attendance is necessary to remain in the position.**
