Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes a fully paid relocation package, making it an excellent chance to experience living in a dynamic European city. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Swedish according to community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate content submitted by users in Swedish to ensure compliance with community standards.
-   Accurately classify content based on set moderation policies and guidelines.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide insights on emerging content trends to help improve moderation processes.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance the quality of moderation.
-   Stay updated with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a similar position is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
