## Description

Homey runs a panel management operation that connects estate agents across the UK to a network of law firms, driving GP margin and revenue from that panel. We're looking for a Business Unit Manager to grow referrals from high-street estate agents and hold our panel law firms to a standard that makes agents want to send us more business, not less.

You'll lead a team covering New Business, Quoting/Onboarding and Partner Specialists, and report into Homey's senior leadership. Your KPI: GP revenue from this part of the business.

What you'll do
Win new referral relationships with high-street estate agents across the UK.
Hold panel law firms accountable to the service standard promised to agents — and act the moment a firm starts to slip.
Set and beat targets for new agent referrals and overall profit margin.
Build a network of panel firms good enough that agents refer more of their own accord, without being chased.

What excellence looks like
You consistently beat targets for new estate agent referrals and profit margin.
Agents never hear about a problem with a panel firm from their own client first.
Underperforming panel firms are on a remediation plan — or off the panel — before referral volume drops.

## Requirements

A background in B2B partnerships, panel management or franchise-style network growth, ideally within legal services, insurance or financial services.
Experience managing supplier/partner performance against a service standard, with the willingness to have the hard conversation when a partner underperforms.
Strong new-business instincts; you can open doors with estate agency principals and branch managers.
Comfort working towards P&L targets and being measured on GP, not just top-line activity.

## Benefits

Base £50,000–£70,000 plus performance bonus.
Day-to-day ownership of a named part of Homey and its panel network, reporting directly into senior leadership.
Hybrid working from our London hub.
