## Description

As Divisional Marketing Manager for Insurance, you will shape how our insurance portfolio is positioned and brought to market globally. This is a hands-on role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You will work closely with Sales and a central global marketing team to drive demand, pipeline growth, and divisional revenue.

In this role, you own the go-to-market strategy for the insurance division and translate complex solutions into clear, compelling stories for the market. You act as the marketing partner for Divisional Sales, building full‑funnel campaigns that support growth across regions. You balance strategic thinking with strong operational delivery.

### Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage global go‑to‑market (GtM) plans for insurance portfolio products, including launches, messaging, competitive positioning, and cross‑functional alignment
- Create clear solution positioning and high‑quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one‑pagers to support awareness, consideration, and sales engagement
- Enable Sales with relevant insights and tools by running enablement sessions, ensuring understanding of new initiatives, and refining collateral based on feedback and usage data
- Build and run full‑funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and account‑based marketing (ABM), in collaboration with agencies
- Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables, working with the central Events team to deliver strong stories through demos, content, collateral, and customer contributions

## Requirements

- At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience within the financial services industry, ideally in insurance
- Proven ability to market to senior insurance decision‑makers, with a strong track record in sales enablement and translating complex solutions into clear customer value
- C2‑level fluency in German and English, enabling confident creation, review, and refinement of customer‑facing content and campaigns
- Strong execution skills with a structured, systematic approach to project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, combined with creativity, ownership, and a proactive way of working
