## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
-   Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
-   Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
-   Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
-   Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy.
-   Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.
-   Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
-   Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.
