We are looking for a Swedish Customer Support Representative to work for a **leading e-commerce company**!

  

**What you will do:**

-   Communicating through chat & phone with customers
-   Answering how-to questions
-   Troubleshooting customers' issues
-   Create amazing experience that customers value

## Requirements

**The role requires:**

-   Native level of **Swedish**
-   Advanced level of English
-   **Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills**
-   Computer knowledge/tech savviness
-   Relocation to Athens, Greece
-   EU Passport holder
-   Working on site
