### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support efficiently and professionally.

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
-   Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
