-   Provide honest, clear communication to homeowners, building trust from the first visit.
-   Complete repairs with professionalism and craftsmanship, leaving every home cleaner than you found it.
-   Identify and report potential issues that might require advanced attention without any pressure to sell.

## Requirements

-   Currently enrolled in the **Idaho Plumbing Apprenticeship Program** or hold a Journeyman license.
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-   Drug-free and committed to safety.
-   Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
-   Coachable and eager to learn with the ability to handle service calls independently.
-   Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
