## Description

We are looking for an IT Support Consultant (Mid-Level) to join a client project in Lisbon. If you have technical expertise and enjoy solving problems, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users and systems;

Resolve incidents and technical issues;

Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures;

Participate in continuous improvement projects;

Document procedures and solutions.

## Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in IT support;

Knowledge of [Windows](https://www.net-empregos.com/windows/) and [Linux](https://www.net-empregos.com/linux/) operating systems;

Familiarity with networking and virtualization tools;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

Proficiency in English.
