**LOCATION: Belfast**

**SHIFT PATTERN:** 28–32 hours per week

**PAY RATE: Competitive**

We are currently seeking diligent and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team.

**Role Overview:**  
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards in a variety of client locations. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
-   Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary.
-   Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycle materials where appropriate.
-   Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or supply needs.
-   Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
-   Communicate effectively with the site management and team members.

## Requirements

-   **Essential Criteria:**
-   ·       Willing to work flexible hours.
-   ·       Ability to work under pressure.
-   ·       Ability to pass security requirements/vetting.
-   ·       Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.
-   ·       Good written and spoken English.

-   **Desired Qualifications:**
-   ·       School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English
-   ·       Full clean driving licence.  

-   **Desired Experience:**
-   ·       Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment.
-   ·       Time spent in a customer service environment.
-   ·       Experience working within a results-orientated environment.

-   **Attitude / Motivation:**
-   ·       Confident.
-   ·       Flexible, reliable, responsible, calm under pressure.
-   ·       Willing to undergo training/coaching in line with organisational philosophy.
-   ·       Positive attitude towards and supporting of change.
-   ·       Motivated by a desire to provide a professional service.
