**Position Summary**

The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
-   Perform tasks such as packaging, labeling, sorting, and product handling
-   Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-   Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
-   Support team members and production lines as needed
-   Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

## Requirements

**Required:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-   Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

**Preferred:**

-   Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment
-   Experience working in temperature-controlled environments

**Physical Requirements**

-   Ability to stand for extended periods of time
-   Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40–50 lbs
-   Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments
-   Ability to perform repetitive tasks

**Work Environment**

-   Production facility environment (may include cold, wet, or humid conditions)
-   Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
-   Shift work, overtime, and weekends may be required based on production needs
