## Description

**99Bright Minds** is seeking a skilled **Frontend Engineer** with strong experience in React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies to develop and maintain high-performance, bilingual (Arabic/English) web applications and corporate websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering responsive, accessible, SEO-friendly solutions, integrating with APIs and CMS platforms, and collaborating within cross-functional teams to build scalable digital experiences.

## Requirements

Responsibilities 

-   Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web pages and reusable components. 

-   Implement full Arabic RTL and English LTR support, including layout mirroring, typography and localized content. 

-   Integrate the website with external systems and services through REST/GraphQL APIs. 

-   Work with the CMS and backend layer: content models, data fetching and light server-side logic. 

-   Meet SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Core Web Vitals targets. 

-   Apply secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10, input validation, secure headers, data protection). 

-   Work with the UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer and DevOps Engineer on releases deployed to Microsoft Azure. 

-   Document components, integrations and decisions, and hand knowledge over to the client's team. 

Requirements 

-   5 years building and maintaining corporate websites and web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS. 

-   Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS and a modern framework (React/Next.js or Angular). 

-   Proven delivery of bilingual websites with Arabic RTL support. 

-   Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with a headless or enterprise CMS. 

-   Working knowledge of a backend stack (Node.js or .NET) and databases (Azure SQL / SQL Server, Azure Database for PostgreSQL), enough to build, secure, and maintain API integrations. 

-   Experience with Git, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. 

-   At least one delivered project for a client in Saudi Arabia. 

-   Proficient in Arabic and English. 

Nice to have 

-   Server-side rendering and static generation for SEO. 

-   Hosting experience on Azure (App Service, Static Web Apps, Front Door/CDN). 

-   Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Sitecore, Strapi, Contentful). 

-   Familiarity with Saudi data-protection and cybersecurity requirements (PDPL, NCA).
