Job Description – Program Manager / Business Analyst

### About the Role

We are looking for a **Program Manager / Business Analyst** to support the hospital's Mumbai operations through structured program management, business analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The role will work closely with leadership and functional teams to identify operational gaps, analyze business performance, improve processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Work closely with hospital leadership to drive key operational and business initiatives.
-   Track progress of strategic programs and ensure timely execution.
-   Analyze hospital performance across key operational and business metrics.
-   Prepare dashboards, MIS, and management reports for leadership review.
-   Analyze revenue, patient volumes, occupancy, collections, referral trends, and other relevant KPIs.
-   Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
-   Conduct data analysis and convert business data into actionable insights.
-   Coordinate with clinical, operations, finance, HR, TPA, marketing, and other teams for cross-functional initiatives.
-   Define project timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
-   Track action items and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
-   Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
-   Develop SOPs, process maps, trackers, and business review formats where required.
-   Conduct periodic performance reviews and highlight deviations from targets.
-   Support leadership in decision-making through data-backed analysis.
-   Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively escalate them.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives across hospital operations.

### Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in **hospital/healthcare operations, management consulting, business analytics, program management, healthcare strategy, or business analysis** will be preferred.

Experience with **Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data-analysis tools** will be an advantage.
