-   Support clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients in expanding their self-serve advertising presence.
-   Provide pre- and post-sales guidance for self-service products.
-   Offer product support to improve customer satisfaction.
-   Identify client trends and suggest improvements.

Share feedback with the product and engineering teams.

## Requirements

-   Native Dutch speaker
-   Fluent English (B2)
-   Customer support experience is a plus
-   Passionate about helping clients succeed
-   High school diploma or vocational training
-   EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
