## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in the fast-growing gaming industry while experiencing life in the vibrant city of Sofia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality back office support to Polish-speaking customers and ensuring seamless gaming operations.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Offer back office support for gaming-related inquiries from Polish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process improvements.
-   Contribute to enhancing service quality by suggesting and implementing operational improvements.
-   Stay informed on the latest gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations.
-   Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade professional skills within the gaming sector.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support, back office, or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
-   Excellent organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and adapt to local culture.
