**$40-$60+ hourly rate based on experience.** Rates are negotiable and subject to change.  
**Fully Remote. 1099 Contract** Opportunity  
Assignments available for the 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity.

The Role  
**This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:**

-   Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would

-   Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
-   Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
-   Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
-   Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active state SLP license issued by the [Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA](https://abespa.alabama.gov/rules.aspx)
-   Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
-   Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
-   Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
-   Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
-   Must be authorized to work in the United States
