## Description

**Location:** Naples, Florida  
**Positions Available:** 1–2 Psychiatrists

A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking one to two Psychiatrists to join their growing team. The program is actively expanding, with a current census of approximately 40 patients and the capacity to increase into the 80s.

### Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric care. Candidates must be comfortable working alongside and supervising mid-level providers within a team-based care model.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
-   Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
-   Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary staff
-   Provide clinical oversight and support to mid-level providers
-   Maintain timely and accurate documentation
-   Participate in call coverage as required

-   Must be comfortable practicing in a collaborative model with mid-level providers

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
-   Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
-   Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
-   Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
-   DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
-   Comfortable working in a higher-volume setting
-   Strong team collaboration skills
