## Description

-   Plan and coordinate the delivery of internal and external consulting projects.
-   Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed quality standards and timelines outlined in client proposals and requirements.
-   Coordinate with internal teams, including Section Heads, expert panels, and associates, as well as external stakeholders such as clients and partners.
-   Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to define project topics, proposal structures, and budgets, ensuring delivery feasibility.
-   Monitor and manage project delivery risks related to scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
-   Develop repeatable quality-control and project-delivery documentation systems.

## Requirements

-   Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or business development, with a general understanding of consulting business management.
-   Strong analytical capabilities, supported by proficiency in financial modelling and business analysis.
-   Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
-   Good understanding of consulting proposal structures and project budgeting.
-   Proven leadership and people-management skills to coordinate project delivery teams, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
