## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Shadow Teacher** to join our SEN Department. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students within the classroom, helping them engage, participate, and integrate effectively into the learning environment.

-   Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
-   Assist students with classroom participation and integration.
-   Implement recommended educational, behavioral, and learning strategies.
-   Support students in developing their academic, social, and communication skills.
-   Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the SEN team.
-   Collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and parents when required.
-   Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field**.
-   Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Patient, empathetic, and able to work effectively with children.
-   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
