## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Operation Manager for our client's in Malaysia**. This role will be instrumental in overseeing their operational activities ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing resources, budgets, and personnel, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage daily marine operations in Malaysia, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
-   Oversee the planning and execution of marine projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
-   Ensure compliance with all local and international maritime regulations and best practices.
-   Lead and develop a team of operational staff to maximize performance and engagement.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
-   Implement best operational practices to enhance efficiency and safety.
-   Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding operational performance and issues.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations or management roles.
-   Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and standards specific to Malaysia.
-   Proven leadership and team management abilities.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions quickly.
-   Fluency in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
