Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Swedish Speaking Game Chat Moderator to join our dedicated team in creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our online gaming community. This role is vital in monitoring player interactions, promoting positive engagement, and enforcing community standards.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety measures.
-   Engage with players to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
-   Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
-   Provide assistance to players about chat moderation policies and guidelines.
-   Keep thorough records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively.
-   Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-   Previous experience in online moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous.
-   Strong familiarity with gaming culture and the dynamics of online communities.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
-   Detail-oriented and responsible in managing online content.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-   A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to enhancing the community experience.
