## Description

-   Monitor multiple communication channels including radios, phones, and surveillance systems to maintain situational awareness
-   Monitor officer activity, respond to any officer report, monitor tours, check points, and incident reports
-   Receive, document, and dispatch incidents, service calls, and emergency notifications promptly and accurately
-   Coordinate with field officers, emergency responders, and management to relay critical information
-   Maintain detailed records of communications and incident reports in the system
-   Utilize computerized dispatch and surveillance software effectively
-   Respond to alarms and coordinate emergency response protocols
-   Conduct routine checks of communication equipment and report malfunctions
-   Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and radio communications
-   Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required
-   Previous experience in dispatch, communications, or security operations preferred
-   Proficient computer and multi-tasking skills
-   Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
-   Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or emergency situations
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
-   Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
