**What You’ll Do**

-   **Perform functional and non-functional testing**: Plan and execute test cases for our cloud-based web app and mobile features, focusing on risk-based, exploratory, and regression testing.
-   **Bug Prevention & Identification:** Collaborate with product, design, and developer teams early in the process to identify potential issues, documenting bugs thoroughly in Jira.
-   **Process Improvement:** Regularly review existing testing procedures, propose enhancements, and help shape our overall QA strategy and maintain documentation in Confluence.
-   **API Testing:** Use Postman and Swagger to validate API endpoints, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end components.

**Our Hiring Process**

-   **Intro Chat (30 - 60 mins)** – A friendly conversation with our Head of QA to learn about your background, interests, and career goals.
-   **Technical Task** – A hands-on assignment to showcase your approach to testing.
-   **Technical Discussion (1.5–2 hrs)** – On site meet with the QA team and CEO to review your task, discuss your thought process, and explore technical deep-dives.

## Requirements

-   **2+ Years of QA Experience:** Hands-on experience in manual testing.
-   **Analytical Mindset**: Capable of digging into issues to find root causes and not just symptoms.
-   **Collaboration Skills:** Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure software reliability.
-   **Adaptability & Curiosity:** Excited to explore AI in your everyday tasks, learn new methods, tools, and technologies within or outside QA sphere.
-   Great communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.

**Bonus points if you have:**

-   Experience in test automation.
-   Programming skills and networking knowledge.
-   Hands-on experience with AI tools like "Cursor" and "Copilot".
-   Familiarity with databases such as MySQL.
-   Experience in mobile testing.
