## Description

### Line Operatives

**Newstaff Employment Services, Milton Keynes** are currently recruiting **Line Production Operatives** to join our client's busy manufacturing team.

This is an excellent **temp-to-perm opportunity** for reliable candidates looking for long-term employment.

### Duties

-   Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
-   Carrying out quality inspections on products
-   Stacking completed boxes onto pallets
-   Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from production machines
-   Completing production paperwork accurately
-   Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the production area
-   Following all health and safety procedures

### Requirements

-   Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
-   Able to read and write English with good numerical skills
-   Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
-   Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous
-   Come from a PRODUCTION BACKGROUND

### Shift Pattern

-   Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift pattern

### Pay

-   **£12.71 per hour**, plus a **20% shift premium** for all hours worked
-   **Equivalent pay rate: £15.25 per hour**
