Patrique Mercier Recruitment, in collaboration with Supercell Games, is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Icelandic-speaking Player Support Specialist to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Icelandic-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Icelandic-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and empathetic support to Icelandic-speaking players through various channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently.
-   Collect player feedback and relay it to appropriate teams to improve game features and support quality.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.
-   Contribute to the preparation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Icelandic is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
