Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Support Agent to join an exciting team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, order management, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
-   Contribute to improving customer service processes based on client feedback.
-   Stay updated on company products and services to deliver accurate information.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
