## Description

On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure the timely availability of materials and services while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

\* Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

\* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

\* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment to prevent shortages.

\* Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation accurately.

\* Maintain strong supplier relationships and handle procurement-related inquiries.

\* Follow up on deliveries, resolve supply issues, and ensure materials are available when needed.

\* Prepare procurement reports to support operational planning and decision-making.

## Requirements

\* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

\* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.

\* Previous experience in manufacturing or MEP construction is preferred.

\* Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.

\* Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.

\* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

\* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

\* Good command of English.

\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

\* Experience with ERP systems is preferred; Odoo experience is a plus.

\* Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

\* Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

\* Work Location: Badr City, Egypt

\* Work Model: On-site
