**Mobile Wound Care Provider (PRN) – Elevate Clinical Excellence with NIVA Health**

NIVA Health invites skilled wound care leaders to further their careers with our Mobile Wound Care Division on a PRN basis—where your expertise, leadership, and vision make an impact every day.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
-   Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
-   Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
-   Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
-   Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment

**What We’re Seeking:**

-   Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
-   Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
-   Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
-   Effective communicator and natural team leader
-   Commitment to innovation and quality care
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
