**Office Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time)**

**Location:** Waterford Lakes – Orlando, FL

Camen Behavioral Services, LLC is one of the largest Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers in Central Florida, offering high-quality, client-centered ABA services to children with autism and other developmental needs. Our award-winning clinics have been recognized as top providers in the region, with locations in Kissimmee, Waterford Lakes, and Orlando.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our Waterford Lakes clinic. This position is available as either full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, families, and a collaborative team while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-   Greeting and assisting clients and families
-   Answering and directing incoming phone calls
-   Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
-   Opening and closing the clinic
-   Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby
-   Assisting with clinic activities, theme days, and decorations
-   Providing administrative support to the clinical and administrative teams
-   Performing other office and administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

-   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience is preferred
-   Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required but is strongly preferred

**Compensation**

-   Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
-   Higher starting pay may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
