## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package! This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while helping to maintain a safe and positive online community for Dutch-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it complies with community standards.
-   Accurately classify content and make informed moderation decisions based on company policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to support moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve moderation processes.
-   Stay updated with company guidelines and policies related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a related role is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for clear and effective moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
