## Description

Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading firm operating across DeFi and CeFi on multiple chains and exchanges. We build low-latency, market-neutral arbitrage systems in a highly competitive environment.

We're hiring a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to help us scale the team behind our trading infrastructure and research. This is not a process-heavy corporate recruiting role - you'll work closely with hiring managers and technical leads to identify, engage, and close highly technical talent across the company.

Success in this role comes from speed, adaptability, strong judgment, and the ability to build relationships with people who are not actively looking for jobs. This role is closer to talent scouting than traditional recruiting. You'll own hiring processes end-to-end while helping improve how talent acquisition operates at Humbility as we continue to grow.

**In this position, you will:**

-   Own hiring processes end-to-end
-   Source and engage high-caliber talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, events, and creative sourcing strategies
-   Conduct interviews and drive candidate experience
-   Continuously improve recruiting processes and help strengthen Humbility's presence within technical communities

## Requirements

-   Experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments
-   Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
-   Ability to communicate confidently with senior technical candidates and hiring managers
-   High ownership and ability to independently drive processes forward
-   Strong judgment and prioritization skills
-   Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian
-   Availability to work on-site at our Symbiocity Vilnius office

### Salary

The salary range for this position is **€3,000 – €5,500 gross** per month.
