## Description

We develop the mission-critical services that drive our company's operations, covering everything from the **gaming platform** to data-driven analytics. We operate as a small, highly experienced unit where architectural discussion and R&D are central to our workflow.

**The Mission:** We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of **stability, performance engineering, and new feature development.** If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you’ll fit right in.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of commercial experience with **Python**;
-   Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
-   Solid experience with **relational databases** (PostgreSQL or similar);
-   Experience **designing scalable backend systems**;
-   Good written English (for documentation and communication);
-   Native **Ukrainian** (spoken and written);

### Would be plus

-   Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
-   Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
-   Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain high-load backend services;
-   Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability;
-   Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions;
-   Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools;
-   Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices;
-   Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions;
-   Write clear technical documentation.
