**

We are looking for **a Sales Representative** to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania, focused on the **Spanish market.** You will work with one of the world's leading telematics solutions while developing your expertise in international B2B sales.

Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.  

**In this role, you will:**

-   Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
-   Work with B2B clients in the **Spanish market**.
-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact by cold calling and delivering presentations.
-   Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
-   Attend exhibitions and business meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and it's solutions.
-   Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
-   Leverage CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.

**What we expect of you:**

-   1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving results.
-   Understanding of and interest in technology products and the IoT sector.
-   Experience in export or international markets is a strong advantage.
-   Proven experience in cold calling and customer prospecting.
-   Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
-   Ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding business in foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania.
-   Willingness to travel abroad for business meetings and exhibitions.
-   Experience working with CRM or other data-driven sales tools.
-   **Fluency in English (C1+ level) and Spanish (B2+ level) is required**, as these will be your primary working languages.

**Salary:**

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and expertise. The salary for this position is **13 EUR/h up to 18 EUR/h pre-tax (~2150–3000 EUR/month gross)** + an attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your results and sales growth.
