**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Finance Product Support Specialist with expertise in SAP FPSL (Finance Product Subledger) and SAP FSDM (Financial Services Data Model). This role is critical in ensuring seamless product support, driving operational efficiency, and enabling finance transformation initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Product Support – Provide end-to-end support for finance products, focusing on FPSL and FSDM modules.
-   Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
-   System Enhancements – Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
-   Data Management – Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data.
-   Collaboration – Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to align product support with organizational goals.
-   Documentation – Maintain structured records of processes, configurations, and resolutions.  
    

**Job Requirements:**

-   Strong knowledge of SAP FPSL and SAP FSDM.
-   Experience in finance product support and troubleshooting.
-   Understanding of financial services processes and reporting.
-   Ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
-   Excellent analytical and communication skills.
-   Flexible and open to working shifts when required

**Technical Skills:**

-   SAP FPSL – Finance Product Subledger configuration and support.
-   SAP FSDM – Financial Services Data Model management.
-   SAP S/4HANA Finance – Exposure to finance modules and integration.
-   Transport & Change Management – Managing system changes across environments.
